Fundraiser events are an important part of a PTA’s efforts to raise money. These events are typically organized to raise funds for specific projects, such as purchasing new equipment, funding field trips, or supporting extracurricular activities. By participating in fundraiser events, parents, teachers, and students can help to make a positive impact on their school and create lasting memories. We create lists of items that teachers would like to have in their classrooms to improve the learning environment for their students. It may include classroom supplies such as markers, paper, and pencils, as well as educational materials like books, posters, and software.

By fulfilling these wishes, parents support the teachers and enhance the educational experience for the students.

The 5th grade committee is open to all 5th grade parents. This group will help decide on a theme for the 5th grade class, organize fun throughout the school year, and host the annual 5th grade banquet.

Our school yearbook not only captures the memories and milestones from the school year, but it also serves as a valuable fundraiser for our school.

By purchasing a yearbook, you’ll have a chance to look back on your child’s school year and see their growth and accomplishments. And by doing so, you’ll also be supporting our school and helping us raise funds to support important programs and initiatives.

In addition to yearbook sales, we’re also offering local businesses the chance to advertise in the yearbook, providing even more opportunities for fundraising. So, if you know of any businesses that may be interested, please let us know.

BoxTops for education has been around for 20 years and has donated over $900 MILLION dollars to schools nations wide.

It is an easy fundraiser for anyone and everyone to participate in, earning thousands of dollars for Deer Park over the last 13 years.

Box Tops 4 Education are now scannable! No need to cut out and send it with your child (but you can still do that if you’d like). Simply download the app here, scan the QR, and a quick and easy donation will be made directly to the DPE PTA. If you aren’t sure what products are proud boxtop supporters, check out the list here.

The school hosts “Dining & Spirit Nights” in partnership with local restaurants, where a percentage of the proceeds from customers dining at the restaurant during a designated time frame will be donated back to the school. These events typically occur quarterly, and the school encourages parents and community members to participate to support the school. The announcement for the next Spirit Night will be made soon, so stay tuned for more information.
